Designed as a symbolic retrospective on the occasion of its twenty-fifth anniversary, the exhibition traces the history of the X-Project, a cultural association dedicated to supporting young people in Biel/Bienne. Through archives and personal accounts, it highlights the project’s distinctive trajectory.
Structured period by period, the exhibition presents the evolution of the association: from its beginnings, marked by a surge of creativity driven by young actors excluded from the local cultural scene, through the challenges of collective management, to the demonstration of its significance within the cultural life of the City of Biel/Bienne. In doing so, it underscores the transformations, trials, and successes of the X-Project, in step with cultural developments and municipal politics.
